Route Information

Routes shared on the platform are community contributions. While we strive to ensure quality, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, safety, or current condition of all routes.

WARNING: Always verify local road conditions, follow traffic laws, and ride safely. MotoTrip is not responsible for accidents or problems during your trips.

Intellectual Property

MotoTrip and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of MotoTrip and are protected by international copyright laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

MotoTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Termination
